Position: Preschool Teacher Assistant

Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Late August
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) — required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a warm, caring demeanor
- Ability to assist with lesson plans and classroom activities under the supervision of the lead teacher
Requirements:
- Early Childhood Degree (Associate or higher)
- 2 letters of recommendation
- 3 professional references
- Must pass background checks and meet local licensing requirements
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the lead teacher in implementing the daily curriculum
- Helping to maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Assisting with meals, clean-up, and classroom organization
- Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning
